Disgusting, mouldy, a health hazard. Definitely avoid.
Negative: It was filthy. Mould on walls. Mould in bathroom and shower. Disgusting.

Negative: I’m too old to cope without personal help on arrival but Janice helped me and gave me her telephone no. In case I needed her. My lack of confidence in coping with technology would make me reluctant to use such a service again.
I was given a wrong key box number and though it was good day light when I arrived I could barely see the numbers and would not be confident if I had to arrive after dark.
