Positive: Great location by the beach. Apartment was clean, ignore the reviews about the bathroom, it was clean and tidy. Negative: Parking a little awkward but got used to it. Quite dark at night, difficult to see, just a simple solar security light would do the job. The listing says ground floor, it's first floor, the pictures are deceiving, the doors that look over the garden and sea are actually a Julliet balcony.

Loved the view and closeness to the sea and sones of one shops. Positive: The view was brilliant, could sit there all day and night watching the waves. Negative: The cleanliness of the property. Can't believe the cleaning service charge is £99 for this flat, dont know what ghet did clean. The owner may want to check this with the cleaning com0any. The last time we had to wash cups, plates, utensils etc was when we stayed in a £9.50 sun holiday. There was a cobweb hanging from a kitchen cupboard door. Bath door, french doors needed a wash. The glass veranda needed cleaning. I managed with a bit of washing up liquid on kitchen roll and managed to clean the glass enough for us to see out. There was bird poo on the glass. The place needs updating as everywhere needs a lick of paint. Carpet in sitting room needs cleaning or replacing. Sofa is too low if you have mobile ability. Window in 2nd bedroom has blown and needs replacing. The bathroom, how do you explain the state of it. Taps too small for sink. Shower head covered in scale, radiator is rusty, mould of tiles above door, the skirting board under the sink needs sorting out as it was falling g to bits. Didn't know whether any of the garden belonging to the flat.
