Sea Breeze Haven | 4 Beds with Stunning Views

Loved the view and closeness to the sea and sones of one shops. Positive: The view was brilliant, could sit there all day and night watching the waves. Negative: The cleanliness of the property. Can't believe the cleaning service charge is £99 for this flat, dont know what ghet did clean. The owner may want to check this with the cleaning com0any. The last time we had to wash cups, plates, utensils etc was when we stayed in a £9.50 sun holiday. There was a cobweb hanging from a kitchen cupboard door. Bath door, french doors needed a wash. The glass veranda needed cleaning. I managed with a bit of washing up liquid on kitchen roll and managed to clean the glass enough for us to see out. There was bird poo on the glass. The place needs updating as everywhere needs a lick of paint. Carpet in sitting room needs cleaning or replacing. Sofa is too low if you have mobile ability. Window in 2nd bedroom has blown and needs replacing. The bathroom, how do you explain the state of it. Taps too small for sink. Shower head covered in scale, radiator is rusty, mould of tiles above door, the skirting board under the sink needs sorting out as it was falling g to bits. Didn't know whether any of the garden belonging to the flat.

Good place to lay your head Positive: Great location Comfy beds and good quality bedding Negative: Smelled musty. Dust balls in the bedroom Furnishings dated No outside space

Positive: Good location Negative: It is dated and needs some refurbishment. Shower wouldnt work if toilet had just been flushed

Positive: View and space Negative: 3 out of 4 hobs didnt work Dog hairs all over sofa Windows dirty in sitting room so we cleaned for view No tv for 1st day as couldnt get channels Dirty dishes and cupboards Run down Lots of stairs ...had elderly parents with us..not mentioned in advert Door furniture not great..doors flew open We paid over £400 for 2 nights not impressed No bread knife
