Stunning beach front luxury apt Sleeps 6 w/balcony

Great place and location! The flat was clean and ready with nice sheets and towels. The beds were comfortable but pillows could use replacing. We did not cook but the kitchen was well outfitted. The view was fantastic and so nice to be across from the ocean, so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony for coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Super easy to get to the Historic Dockyard, marinas, and Portsmouth Harbor train station with the bus stop around the corner. There was construction on the promenade but looks like it will be done in the next couple weeks, and from what we could tell 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Positive: Super Aussicht. Sauber, bequem mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattet. Wünschenswert wären noch Garderobenhaken im Flur und Handtuchhalter im Bad. Negative: Baugerüst hinter dem Haus, zur Seeseite eine Riesenbaustelle, da die Promenade umgebaut wird.

Lovely clean apartment. Really comfy bed!The view was fantastic. Saw I. O. W ferries, freighters and lots of cruise ships. There was also a Co-op almost next door.Had a lovely 10 nights here.

Property was very cozy and listing was accurate. Great view of the water from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Communication was great and made check in super easy (be sure to look at the pictures they send for where to find the lockbox). Thanks for a great stay!
