Property was very cozy and listing was accurate. Great view of the water from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Communication was great and made check in super easy (be sure to look at the pictures they send for where to find the lockbox). Thanks for a great stay!

DISGUSTED Positive: Except sea view, nothing much Negative: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Air Maison Properties. The staff provided poor guidance and their responses were significantly delayed. Despite requesting an early check-in, my request was ignored, and I was asked to pay an additional £40. With kids in tow and wanting to avoid further delays, I reluctantly paid the fee, only to be kept waiting for another two hours—an absolute nightmare. To add to the frustration, they claimed there was free on-street parking available, but I ended up receiving a £50 penalty. When I reached out to them to cover the fine, as it was not my fault, my request was completely ignored. The lack of accountability and response from the staff was shocking. Property is Ok and with untidy utensils see photos below. This was, without question, the most disappointing experience I have ever had. I will never book with Air Maison Properties again. I strongly advise others to stay away—this property management is definitely not recommended.

The flat is modern, clean, well-kept, and comfortable. Its location in Southsea, close to the South Parade Pier is convenient, plus if offers a great view of the sea. It's walking distance to a number of attractions, namely the Southsea Castle, D-Day Story Museum, and Clarence Pier. It was easy to take Uber to visit other attractions outside Southsea. There's a small grocery store and several restaurants nearby. If you have mobility issues, you should know that while the property is listed as a "first floor flat," you actually need to climb four sets of stairs (two outdoors from the gate and two indoors within the apartment building) to get to the first floor! In the U.S., a first-floor or ground-floor apartment means you'll walk in the front door without having to climb any stairs. Not so in this case because the entrance is at the back, so you're basically going around the building to enter it. This was the only thing that surprised us. Everything else was great. We loved the laid-back atmosphere of Portsmouth and the English coastal beauty. It's a great antidote to London's frenetic pace. The people are warm and friendly. We had a wonderful time!

Good for a weekend, but not for longer. Positive: Very nice view Clean Interieurs appearance. White walls white lines… Negative: Wasn’t aware it was on a busy road. Could not leave the window open, since it would have been too loud from the street, cars and people. Couple of items were not too clean…
